Algeria’s Participation in the 20th Edition of the Oslo Internet Governance Forum (IGF Oslo)

Algeria took part in the opening of the 20th edition of the Oslo Internet Governance Forum (IGF Oslo), held in Oslo, Norway, from 23 to 27 June 2025. The country was represented by an official delegation led by Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, accompanied by H.E. Mrs. Friel Ryma Yousfi-Ighil, Ambassador of Algeria to the Kingdom of Norway.

This edition of the Forum witnessed broad participation from representatives of governments, international organizations, the private sector, civil society, and academic and research institutions. Key topics addressed included Internet governance, cybersecurity challenges, digital transformation, and the ethics of artificial intelligence.
