Periodic Revision of Electoral Lists From 20 October 2025 to 18 November 2025

In accordance with the decision issued on 14 October 2025 by the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE), the Electoral Lists Revision Commission of the electoral district of the Embassy of Algeria in Oslo informs Algerian citizens registered and residing within its consular jurisdiction (Kingdom of Norway) that the periodic revision of electoral lists will take place from Monday, 20 October 2025, until Tuesday, 18 November 2025.

Conditions for Registration or Removal from the Electoral List:

Algerian citizens who meet the following conditions may request their registration or removal from the electoral list:

1. For registration (as a voter):

1. Be of legal age, that is 18 years old by 31/12/2025;
2. Be registered with the Embassy of Algeria in Oslo;
3. Enjoy full civil and political rights and not be deprived of them by a judicial ruling.

2. For removal:

 

Removal may be requested in the following cases:

1. Change of place of residence;
2. Death of the citizen (upon request of a relative);
3. Double registration or an error in the electoral list.

Practical Arrangements:

Registration or removal procedures can be completed by filling out the attached form, which should be either submitted directly to the Embassy or sent via email or regular mail to the official address of the Embassy.
