Participation of H.E. the Ambassador in the Ceremony of the Constitutional Oath of King Haakon VIII

H.E. Mrs. Feriel Ryma Yousfi, Ambassador of Algeria to Norway, participated today, 1 September 2026, at the Norwegian Parliament, in the official ceremony of the constitutional oath of King Haakon VIII, following his accession to the throne of the Kingdom of Norway after the death of his father, King Harald V.

Alongside representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom of Norway, the ceremony was attended by Crown Princess Ingrid Alexandra, Queen Sonja, Prince Sverre Magnus, Prime Minister Mr. Jonas Gahr Støre, and members of the Government and Parliament.
